1. Checklist
One of our skilled technicians will conduct a thorough checkup at your property. Meticulously going through a comprehensive checklist to catch and address any issues, ensuring your flat stays in top-notch condition.

2. Cleaning the traps & Immediate Minor Repairs
As part of our service, we offer complimentary cleaning for two traps per apartment during the checkup, ensuring smooth sink operation and a hygienic home. Our technicians also address minor repairs, such as changing light bulbs or replacing power sockets. Any additional materials needed for these repairs will be detailed in an invoice sent to your inbox. Please refer to our pricing policy for specifics on material costs
3. Unit Report
After each Check-up, Flat Fix's dedicated technician provides a detailed report, complete with photographs of damages. Additionally we will go ahead and attach a quotation for the cost of repairs. This transparent and comprehensive documentation ensures you are informed and confident in the condition of your home.
